Amanda Schwenke, owner and passion behind Sincerely Jane, brings over a decade of experience in high end event planning and hospitality. Amanda curates events with innovation, class, and most importantly, a light heart. With her attention to detail and professional approach, Amanda curates events that breathe life into visions, leave guests on a high note, and creates a highly styled wedding planning experience for her clients.
As a graduate of Auburn University and a passion for creative design, Amanda’s signature design process is what sets her and the Sincerely Jane team apart from others. With custom sketches and digital renderings, Amanda’s signature design process brings couples right in the middle of their wedding day months before a single vendor begins day of setup; bringing ease of mind and confidence in every clients full planning process.
Amanda has not only won several awards for her planning expertise, but has worked to cultivate a “we over me” mentality within the industry, resulting in deep and trusting vendor relationships that become the core teams responsible for SJE’s flawless reputation for excellent event production and execution.

Kimberly Joined the SJE team in 2020 and has quickly blown us away with the love and care she has for our couples. She has an incredibly keen eye for the small details that ensure a flawless execution, and will take our couples aesthetic wishes to heart and drive the design home with her day of styling and oversight. We mean it when we say everyone that has ever met her absolutely loves her!
Kimberly’s favorite part of a wedding day will forever be all the special first looks that we are privileged to see. Wedding after wedding she always says “there is just nothing like the feels that are happening in that moment!” When Kimberly is not with her couples she is planning squadron events, spending time with her husband of 19 years, and loving on their two sweet children.
VIRGINIA BEACH
Aileen joined the SJE team back in 2021 after being an SJE bride, and is the MVP for knowing our couples next needs before they do. She is always quick with a cocktail, comfortable shoes for our bride to change into, and never lets a small detail fall out of place.
Her favorite part of a wedding day is when her couples decide to do a private last dance while we line their guests up for their exit. “They get to take it all in one last time and have such a sweet moment to themselves and I love to see the photos afterwards!”
When Aileen isn’t planning, she is spending lots of quality time with her husband & their fur baby while settling into their new home!

Lead Planners
Alexandra, one of the founding partners of Sincerely Jane Events, has been with the team since day one. She brings a strong passion and professional mindset to her planning experience leaving couples feeling confident and relaxed throughout their planning journey.
Alexandra lives just south of Charlotte with her husband and lab mix, currently working through fun home renovations. On her wedding free weekends, you can find her and her husband at the Matthews farmer’s market in the mornings, or trying all the new restaurants and pop ups in South End in the evenings!

Julia joined the SJE team back in 2020 shortly after graduating from James Madison University. Julia brings her passion for weddings and making others happy along with her to every wedding day. You’ll see her doing whatever may be needed in the moment for you, your bridal party, family and vendor team throughout the day, and we love her for it!
Her favorite part of a wedding day is hands down the father daughter dance. Amanda can stand as witness, she always tears up and it’s the sweetest thing!
In Julia's down time she enjoys spending time with her precious pup and cat, and exploring the outdoors.
VIRGINIA BEACH
Cassidy joined the SJE team in 2020 after moving to Charlotte from New Jersey. She really takes the time to get to know our couples and brings so much joy and energy to each wedding day. You will 100% find her dancing with the wedding party before the night is over.
Her favorite part of the wedding day is definitely when the groom sees the bride walking down the aisle for the first time, the joy on his face really says it all!
When Cassidy isn’t planning with us she is dragging Alex on a Target run and waking up far too early for a workout.
