THE PROCESS

Browse our curated semi-custom suites and choose the design that speaks to your wedding aesthetic.

Each suite includes an A7 invitation, A7 Envelope, A2 details card, and 4 Bar RSVP card, thoughtfully designed to set the tone for your celebration and create a cohesive first impression for your guests.

Step one: Explore & Select Your Suite

Once you’ve selected your suite and secure your spot in our production line, you will provide details through an information intake form. This allows us to personalize your suite while keeping the design intact and ensuring fluidity of your personal wedding details from a functional and stylistic perspective. If you choose to add embellishments, we will discuss the color, design, and placement intentions at this time.

Step two: SHARE YOUR DETAILS & INSPIRATION with us

We’ll create a digital mockup once our design and planning team have customized your suite.

You’ll have the opportunity to review, provide feedback, and make any refinements so your suite feels perfectly tailored to your celebration.

step three: Review & Refine your suite

Once you’re delighted with the design, you’ll approve your final suite. This ensures every detail is intentional, polished, and exactly as you envision it for your wedding weekend. 

After approval, your suite will be professionally printed on premium paper. 

Step FOUR: Approve & Finalize YOUR FINAL SUITE

All of our collections come to our studio for one final quality check prior to delivery. If you purchase White Glove Assembly, our team will assemble and mail your suites for you while shipping overruns and keepsake suites to you. If you prefer to assemble and mail your suites on your own, our team will quality check all items, prep any embellishments you add on, and ship them directly to you for all the assembly and mailing fun!

Step Five: Printing & Delivery

As your celebration evolves, additional pieces such as menus, day-of stationery, or signage can be added to carry your suite’s design throughout your wedding weekend, ensuring a fully cohesive and elevated experience. At this time, we are still designing these additional suite elements. Be the first to include them in your wedding day and receive 25% off your order! Email us for more details.

All of our semi-custom suites are customizable in wording only to perfectly complement your wedding details. While the overall design and artwork are set, your suite will feel unique to your celebration.

Can you help make sure all my details fit the design?

Absolutely! Our design and wedding planning team reviews your written details and creates a custom digital mockup to ensure your wording, fonts, and layout feel seamless and elegant within the suite design. Not sure how your details should flow? We will happily take your wedding details and provide etiquette-forward recommendations in your proofing process.

How do I see what my suite will look like?

Once we receive your wedding details, our team creates a digital mockup for your review. This lets you see exactly how your personalized typography, colors, and information come together within the suite.

Can my suite be extended to other wedding day stationery?

While each semi-custom suite includes the invitation, details card, and RSVP, your suite can be expanded with additional pieces—such as menus, programs, or day-of signage—so your design flows seamlessly across your entire wedding weekend. Can I add embellishments to my suite?

Yes! Couples have the option to add luxury embellishments such as wax seals, ribbon enclosures, or custom brass stamps featuring their monogram. The design, color, and styling of each embellishment is thoughtfully finalized during the proofing process, ensuring your suite remains cohesive, elegant, and perfectly tailored to your wedding vision.

How many revisions are included?

Each semi-custom suite includes one round of revisions on your digital mockup, allowing you to refine typography, wording, and information layout. Additional revisions can be added if needed.

How long does the semi-custom process take?

Once you submit your details, the process typically takes 3 - 5 business days for your custom digital mockup. After your approval, printing and production usually take an additional 2–3 weeks, depending on your chosen options and embellishments.

What type of paper and printing do you use for the suites?

All of our semi-custom suites are digitally printed on 120lb premium cardstock, ensuring a luxurious feel and crisp, vibrant colors. The weight and quality of the paper give your invitations a refined, substantial feel, perfectly complementing the elegant design of each suite.

Can I have exclusive rights to my monogram?

Yes! Couples can purchase exclusive monogram rights for $250, which grants you full ownership and future use of the crest or duogram(s) created for your suite. After your invitations hit the mail, Sincerely Jane Events will release the original files (.PDF, .JPEG, .PNG) so you can incorporate your monogram into stationery, signage, or other personal projects.
